Beskriv regressionsrisker kopplat till systemarkitektur för projektet, diskutera och redovisa risker beträffande ”remote,unmaskt, and local regression”. Använd valfri designbeskrivning (en av dem som uppdateras genom projektet).

In connection to the updated system design expected regression risks in the system shall be estimated and described in Section 4.2.2 of the project report. Examples on expected local, remote and unmasked regression risks shall be specifically discussed in this section of the report using the updated system design as reference. These regression risks are addressed in the second and third lectures given by Ulf (both are available in Canvas).

A software regression can be of one of three types:[citation needed]

Local – a change introduces a new bug in the changed module or component.
Remote – a change in one part of the software breaks functionality in another module or component.
Unmasked – a change unmasks an already existing bug that had no effect before the change.

En regressionsrisk för remote och unmasked vore att ifall vi kör unit testing så kan vi ha missat att testa ett fall.
