Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Login page should be the first page build
[ ] Scorers need
[ ] Login needs to handle Scorers
[ ] To login the scorers they need to enter their unique scorer code provided by the Tournament Director
[ ] Login authentication is handled by a local passport schema
