Functional Requirements Setup the project to mongoDB and create the github client/key links

[x] setup project cluster in mongoDB
[x] setup github client
[x] setup github key
[x] set project env variables

Acceptance Criteria

[x] successful connection to mongoDB
[x] create new accounts and have them saved to mongoDB
[x] successful sign in with github
