WSU Parking (getting to campus) Info #23

Add a version of WSU Parking Maps to the website that highlight:

  1. Where the event is
  2. Where suggested parking is for whichever event is going on

EX: Weekend/Evening Parking - https://s3.wp.wsu.edu/uploads/sites/216/2018/08/Eve-Wknd-Map.pdf

Addressed WWL parking in 5e4bd85
