Cup & vane azimuth #1

Unique azimuth for cup-and-vane anemometer is not exposed in a user-editable way. It's defined as constant (default: 0) so would be easy to expose through a ConstTable.

Azimuth is also missing from final data tables. Not a big deal since changing from zero requires editing the main prog file
