Data output units problems #12

Found a dozen+ instances where

units are missing in output tables
units are mismatched versus the user manual
units are defined but not in the user manual
units are almost correct but have case or punctuation issues
units for sensors within the same category differ for the same variable
duplicate unit definitions prevent compilation (when using HFP01SC)
