The diagnostic word for LI-7500 used in Group C should be broken down into separate diagnostic flags and the automatic gain control (AGC) value, instead of storing in a single variable.

Note this handling is different than LI-7500A/RS models, which only output a single value representing relative signal strength.

Since Trigger mode (Cmd 7) is used for 7500A/RS models and only signal strength is retained (i.e. diagnostic value is not available), marking this as wontfix
