Develop and test simplified scripting for AIRPACT #15
Use the Azure virtual machine to develop and test new scripts that simplify the forecasting system.
1) Consolidate all the scripts onto a single computer; eliminate scripts being run on both rainier at UW and aeolus at WSU.
2) Replace csh scripts with Python where appropriate.
The goal is to make the AIRPACT forecasting system self-contained, so that it will be possible to "containerize" AIRPACT6.
