Feat/upgrade resemblejs

NOTE: No extra UT's are added, I want to release a new version of protractor-image-comparison soon so I can focus on wdio-image-comparison-service

This PR adds:

• upgrade of the ResembleJS library to do a better comparison
• removes the ignoreTransparentPixel, this was a custom implementation in ResembleJS and is removed now
• removes the block blockouts in the custom version of ResembleJS
• adds a custom transparent green ignoreBox as a replacement of the black one, see image below
• updates the dependencies
• fix the TS build

This PR is out there as a 0.2.0-beta.1 and can be used by installing npm install 0.2.0-beta.1
