Failed 3 Tests on Win7 - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed cudamat on Windows (and all its dependencies)
2. ran test_cudamat.py
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to pass all the tests. Instead it failed 3 tests

Python(x,y) 2.6.6
CUDA 4.0

Please provide any additional information below.
My GPU is an ION2. It might be that the default limits might be a bit too much 
for this chip for 3 of the tests.
