A big typo fixes patch #152

Hello, Limodou,

I have made a big patch that fixes a lot of strings in UliPad that had bad
English and I have overall improved UliPad with this. Please incorporate
this patch into the SVN version of UliPad. I have worked really hard to
find and fix this typos. I will continue to provide patches and help UliPad
become better because I think this is a really good project. As a respect
to you and to your project I am giving you my hard work, i.e. my patch.

Thank you very much. I fixed them except the only one: "Command line of Open 
Command
Window Here", your solution is "Path to command-line:", but I think it not so 
correct
as I think. Because this option will be used in "Open Command Window Here" menu 
item
of context menu of Directory Browser, so your solution has not this meaning. So 
I
leave it alone.
