'Zoom' setting resets every time UliPad is opened #191

To Repro:
1. Open UliPad, open any file
2. Change the Zoom level (View -> Zoom Out or Ctrl+Mouse Scroll Up)
3. Close UliPad
4. Reopen UliPad and the file will be back at the original zoom level
(which is way too high IMHO)

It would be a convenient feature if UniPad would remember my zoom level
setting and keep it consistent across all files.

My Versions:
UliPad version 3.9 on Windows XP SP2
Python 2.5.2, wx 2.8.8.0 (msw-ansi), comtypes 0.6.0
