libjingle-0.5.8 can't build visio studio project (with error Multiple definitions of lib) #197

win7 32bit + python2.7 + sconslocal2.01 + swtoolkit0.91

of course this problem existing in this version of 0.58,my solution is change 
the talk.py in talk\site_scons.comment the two line,show below:

#if 'ComponentLibrary' == component:
#_RecordLibParams(name, dict(params))
