voicemail does not work in 0.58 release.

Hi,

I just tried the call example in 0.58 release.

Call was initiated by user yyyyyyy@gmail.com to user xxxxxx@gmail.com's 
voicemail, gtalk server returns with 
     <error code="503" type="cancel">
       <service-unavailable xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-stanzas"/>
     </error>

but the Google Talk app successfully call the voice mail with the same accounts 
at the same time.

I am not sure if this is a gmail server issue or a libjingle implementation 
issue.
