/define stock_mix with stocks in different market #9

Known issue, timezone are considered to be consistent in get_profit_ratio as handling different timezones would be tricky.

Possible fix in future:

  1. a secondary mix or future trading model
  2. (Why can't user just use different stock_mix instead)
