Plugin no longer marked as compatible with PyCharm #69

it seems that between 13.10.2022 and 24.10.2022 Jetbrains changed how plugin compatiblity is determined.

Version 0.6.3 is no longer marked compatible with PyCharm.

plugin compatiblity in market place set manually (for now)
