Make fiasco available for installation via conda-forge #194

After version 0.1.0 is released on PyPI (#174), it'd be helpful to add the package to conda-forge so that it can be installed with conda.

Ha funnily enough there is a really old attempt to add a recipe: https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/6289. I imagine at this point this should probably just be scrapped completely.
