Warnings when building HDF5 database #209

There are several warnings of the form:

WARNING: column bt_upsilon has a unit but is kept as a Column as an attempt to convert it to Quantity failed with:
TypeError('The value must be a valid Python or Numpy numeric type.') [astropy.table.table]

when building the HDF5 database. This happens with the bt_t quantity as well. These are seemingly coming from the scups files, but only for certain files.
