This actually should go in the overlappy repo, but I'm recording here for visibility and because it affects the pipeline. Currently, the only metadata that is recorded in the FITS header is that related to the WCS. We should also include:
spectral order
exposure time
filter name/thickness (can just use filter label)
aperture
unit (this is already included)
There's also the question of how all of these map to appropriate FITS header keys.
