Add table Collection Change My collection to CollectionItems Add column Collection Convert "Add to collection" to work with new tables Implement same for "Add to Wish List"

User-created lists can be implemented later.

It works for my collection and wish list. there's no method to add new lists, but the structure is there for when it's time to implement.
