HOME [tab] > Explore genomic data through the Viewer [heading] > View genome [button]

(Maybe use a weaker colour.)

We could either remove the now blue bar entirely, when we address issue #420, or we could possible move the controls for chromosome, region, midpoint and width into the blue bar, so it functions like (and visually resembles) the blue bar on the data-table browser.
