Genome Browser on iPad Safari: The "+ ADD CHANNELS" button underneath the channels does not work. #198

HOME [tab] > Explore genomic data through the Viewer [heading] > View genome [button]

Tapping it does not open the channel-adding dialog. Tapping it does show the touch-spash visual effect. The action only moves the vertical line position. The "+ ADD CHANNELS" button in the left side-menu works.

Double click does activate the button, at least on BrowserStack. I can't get local testing to work on this device so I'm deferring this ticket.
