Processing GE p-files #17

Dear FSL-MRS Developers, We are very interested in using the FSL-MSR tools for the data processing for GE data. So far, however, we have not been able to process the sLASER data with these tools as this sequence does not appear to be recognized by the initial NIfTI conversion tool. My colleagues and I have, however, been able to explore data processing with the FSL-MRS tools with data collected with the standard GE PROBE-P sequence. We have collected some phantom data in both single voxel spectroscopy and multi-voxel chemical shift imaging modes with the GE sLASER sequence, and can share that data with you. Thanks, Laima
