-- I've made some tiny grammar changes and fixed spelling mistakes.

I'm still not entirely sure that this is anything other than very confusing, however: -- I think we should spell out the motivation a bit more -- Include explicit examples from other scanner manufacturers (varian also needs the conjugate, but I don't think GE and Bruker do)

@NeutralKaon Thanks for this, now merged with some additional changes (with Philips, GE and Siemens examples to illustrate the problem).
