bitstring package for GODI #21

When I try to install bitstring via GODI, installation fails, unless 
godi-findlib package is already installed.

As suggested here:
https://godirepo.camlcity.org/pipermail/godi-list/2012-October/003528.html

Maybe bitstring GODI package does not state "godi-findlib" among BUILD_DEPENDS.
