Since ?, ocaml compiler became more strict about module names.

Tests filenames begining with digits are triggering a lot of warnings.

The attach patch is a rename to avoid this (prepended 't').

WARNING: the patch proposed with issue #8
(http://code.google.com/p/bitstring/issues/detail?id=8) was applied before
this one was generated (modification of 80_hexdump.ml)
