This PR includes:

• Moving prettier options into a separate config
• Fixing all prettier issues
• Turning off package-lock.json for devs on npm >= 5

Note, I will likely branch off of this one for my next PR (3.0.0 due to breaking changes?), so don't feel the need to cut a release for this one.
