Simplify .env setup process #220

Simplify env setup process by cloning .env files automatically. Only action required by user is renaming .env.example to .env.

  1. Removed individual .env files
  2. Merged .env files to file at root with clearly labelled sections
  3. Added cp in dc.sh & on script for every start of discord bot
  4. Updated readme.md as suggested
