Validation error when using Signika #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Signika
2. Run W3 CSS3 Validation Check

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An error appears stating:
Sorry! We found the following errors (1)
URI : https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Signika
4Value Error : font-weight 400 is not a font-weight value : 400

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using IE8 & Firefox V12

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a reported bug in the validator - I have added a note to this at
