[Handlee font] the ellipsis character is missing from the charset and generates a display bug #204

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Go to this page and look at the ellipsis characters (or see the attached
screenshot) :
http://influences-shibuyette.fr/ciate-mini-mani-month/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The ellipsis character does not display properly because it is missing from the
charset of Handlee :
http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Handlee#charset

As you can see on the attached file, this has also an adverse effect on the
words preceding the punctuation. This is seen especially in Chrome (in Firefox,
it may be using a font that has a similar ellipse to what Handlee might have
based on the period, but in Chrome the default fall-back font is not something
similar and that is why you a notice such a difference).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Handlee Google Web Font
Chrome Version 25.0.1364.172 m (Win 7 pro)

Please provide any additional information below.

The author, Joe Prince, advised me to get in touch with you in order to see if
you may add the ellipsis character into the charset, to fix this issue.
I would really appreciate it.

Best regards,
David

Pending a possible solving of this problem, I delete all the ellipsis of my
blog.
You still have the screenshot to see how this issue affects the display.
Regards,
David

Instead of removing all the ellipsis of my blog I will replace them by their
ASCII equivalent : ... This in order to make wordpress understand that they are
3 single dots.
It isn't code clean but it works.

Seems the ellipsis character is not there by default and it should.

U+2026 is not on latin or latin-ext. @DC seems most of fonts files don't have
it either.
