Setup beta deployment #9

This branch adds a new fastlane lane for uploading a new Beta version to TestFlight.

In addition, it adds a dedicated lane for re-creating the app's icon (adding to #8) and specifying iPad and App Store marketing material as desired sizes, getting rid of the warning from App Store Connect.
