Enhancement: standard exclusions #18

Add a set of standard exclusions so that people can back up their home
directories without getting all the cached stuff.

I've attached an rsync excludes file with the above (and a few others).  It 
might be
useful to modify the prefs dialog to be able to specify an excludes file.
