add GitSessionList #8

Hi,

Thanks for the great plugin, I wonder if it could be possible to implement a GitSessionList to know what sessions exists.

You can already see sessions in ~/.vim/gitsessions. What would you do with a session list within vim?

It's been a while since this report was open and there is no longer an issue, I don't remember for what reason I though it would be a good idea to implement the request feature but hasn't really been a problem, I think it can be closed now, thank you for your comment.
