Graph comparison #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have two graphs
2. Need to compare common parts
3. And visualize difference

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't see any references in python-graph docs about this scenario. Result of 
comparison can be merged graph where each node and edge are marked as 
'only-first', 'only-second' or 'both'.

This will allow to create nice visualization for structure evolutions.
