python-graph-dot tarball contains a duplicate of pygraph/readwrite/__init__.py #82

Basically as the summary describes. The file is contained in both packages, 
making it a slight hassle for distro packaging if they are to be packaged 
separately. The content of the one in the -dot tarball is also slightly 
different as it does not contain the license header.

This is intentional. This file is required in order to allow core and dot to 
share the same namespace. Therefore, we can't remove them.

I believe you can ignore the duplicate file in dot when packaging (i.e. not 
include it in the package).
