Notification e-mail text is not as clear as it could be #14

The text for the notification e-mail was designed before the advent of the soft-deletion function. With the soft-deletion function, it reads somewhat awkwardly and is not very clear about the files it has soft-deleted (as opposed to hard-deleted). This can be reworded, potentially even including the hard-deletion threshold, for clarity.

Other feedback from users:

"will be deleted within the next 10 days or less" is preferable to "Your files will be DELETED from the following locations within 10 days", because the latter leaves the user with the impression that they have 10 days to take care of their files, when they might not.
Instructions in email on how to view archived data after the archival is completed would be helpful

I think "within 10 days" definitely implies "10 days or less", but fine. Either way, I think "deleted" should remain highlighted (e.g., in caps).

As a user, I want the notification emails to be clearer about when files will be deleted, so that I know by when I have to take action
