8 years ago - CSV output written for the work-in-progress identity check
- Adds a callset_name attribute to the Call class
- Uses the callset name to break down concordance in the WIP identity CSV
- Callset name can be manually specified by the user at VCF creation. It defaults to the name of the QC platform (eg. sequenom, fluidigm).
- Callset name is stored in the VCF header and read back in for QC calls before doing identity check
- Modifications to JSON output for the WIP identity check
