8 years ago - New ready_workflow.pl script to automatically generate an analysis directory, and populate with VCF and plex manifests
- JSON config files for ready_workflow.pl correspond to Subscriber objects to retrieve QC plex data from iRODS
- Remove need for user to manually specify plex manifests
- Improve tests for Subscriber classes
- Change to default callset name; it is now of the form ${PLATFORM}_${PLEX_NAME}
