There are a couple of places still referrring to code that no longer exists in latest packages:

t/call.t ................................ 1/69 Can't locate WTSI/NPG/Annotation.pm in @INC

Fixed issue identified in previous comment. Genotyping pipeline now requires next release of perl-irods-wrap (2.0.4).
