8 years ago - In iRODS query for QC plex results, use try/catch to handle unexpected errors
- Write plex manifest(s) in ready_qc_calls.pl
- Add the "no_filter" and "queue" pipeline arguments to ready_workflow.pl
- Refactor ready_workflow.pl subroutines; remove write_workflow_yml and add write_plex_results
- By default, do not create in/pass/fail and config.yml for Percolate in ready_workflow.pl. Can enable this behaviour with the --local option.
- Upgrade tests to check for plex manifests and test the --local option.
