Archive extra samhaplotag log files to iRODS #343

SamHaplotag output files 'SamHaplotag_Clear_BC', 'SamHaplotag_UnClear_BC' and 'SamHaplotag_Missing_BC_QT_tags' should be treated as products instead of log files. So the SamHaplotag entry in WTS/NPG/Illumina/LogPublisher.pm should be removed and moved to the appropriate place in WTS/NPG/Illumina/ResultSet.pm.
