The PacBio loader has been extended to load overall deplexing stats for the cell but only where deplexing has been run on board the instrument. Currently deplexing is only run on the instrument for Revio runs but this will be extended to the Sequel IIe's soon. The demultiplexing mode e.g. OnInstrument, OffInstrument or none is also now captured.
