Add indexing of iRODS paths to homepage #24

Paths tagged in iRODS with specific metadata are indexed automatically and presented on the homepage.

Limitations noted - this isn't a "production" feature, it's just a temporary hack to help people try it out without having to keep their own lists of iRODS paths to send to the server. If people like it, then we can make it into something useful with e.g. search, filtering, pagination. If not useful - discard.

I think this will need to be held for a few days and will collect conflicts, which I'll fix later.
