The tools listed below can list, delete or add/change OSGI configurations

cqcfgls - listing of all configured and unconfigured OSGI configuration items
cqcfgdel - delete specified OSGI configuration (effectively restoration to default)
cqcfg - add new configuration based on factor or modify it
