1.2 release combined with WTT rebranding

1.2-dev branch has been with us for quite a while and was de facto a semi-official release. Recent Cognifide -> WTT rebranding is a good idea to finally do it.

• instance autologin to avoid typing -i/-u/-p parameters all the time

• [new tool] CRUD operations on JCR nodes - cqjcr

• [new tool] package rollbacks - cqrev
• [new tool] CRX package snapshot management - cqsnp
• all scripts re-formatted with Shellcheck

Bugfixes

• output formatting fixes for cqls/cqosgi/cqwfl commands
