Karaf upgrade #624

The version of Karaf AET makes use of, is old. There is also a problem with downloading karaf dependencies.

In the end, I did the same thing which was done in aet-docker to make it consistent (and less risky in terms of regression). I simply updated karaf repo configs to use https instead of http.

This can be tested along https://github.com/wttech/aet/issues/630 and https://github.com/wttech/aet/issues/631
