移除 transform 命令
platform 命令对HBuilderX项目无效
requirement 命令对HBuilderX项目无效
只能使用 run 和 build 命令

必须设置 HBUILDERX_CLI_PATH 环境变量

HBuilderX 的 cli 命令不支持运行，只支持打包，所以暂时决定不对 HBuilderX 项目支持
