I18n for in-body unsubscribe #16

In-body unsubscribe is recognized via very simple heuristics. Many of them fail for non-English content - as the unsubscribe link doesn't have the word "unsubscribe" in it, for instance.

We should document the heuristics we use, and think about how to handle "Si vous ne souhaitez plus recevoir nos communications, suivez ce lien", "Gérez votre centre de préférence" or "désinscription".

Looking for <a href="..." role="unsubscribe">Whatever</a> seems like something we should do. That way there's a concrete thing any sender can do, in addition to better i18n handling.

I want to add some terms which some of our clients use for the unsubscribe url's.

Dutch: Afmelden Uitschrijven wijzig voorkeuren

French: se deconecter désabonner
