Retina scaling is forgivable image bloat #20

If a 2Ax2B image is displayed as AxB that's almost certainly intentional retina scaling, and shouldn't be counted as image bloat.

Fixed in 0.9.14. Retina scaling doesn't add to bloat, and gets badges.
