one of the EAI-related issues I come across is unintentional discrepancy between the mailfrom address and that mentioned in the From field. This can happen in any setup of course, but I only see it in connection with EAI. Perhaps because similar non-EAI bugs were fixed long ago.
Anyway, it would be great to detect it. I've seen people send garbage mailfrom addresses and apparently get negative spam scores because of it.
